glam4good--fashion and style that matter

GLAM4GOOD
STYLE THAT MATTERS

Fashion is such a superficial topic but when you GLAM4GOOD it isn't. This past Friday I had the amazing oppurtunity to glam4good at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Glam4good is a non-profit orginazation that gives "life changing makeovers, dramatic giveaways and transformative fashion adventures to everyday heros." Founded by the fashion and style expert Mary Alice Stephenson, glam4good has changed the lives of many women, men and children, living in poverty, through fashion. With the help of Dior Beauty, Ted Gibson Hair, P.S.-I Made This and GLAM4GOOD we set forth to help one hundred at risk teenagers express themselves and get their punk on--inspired by the Costume Institute's Punk Fashion exhibit on display at the MET. It was amazing to see so many talented kids shine with creativity. Every single teenager that walked through the door was full of joy. Making these kids feel just as important as any other was quite inspiring.
Thank you so much to the glam4good team for letting me glam4good!
